9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Motion to renew Second Chance Animal Shelter Agreement. Discussion/motion regarding ARPA, ARPA projects and possible motion to adopt ARPA resolutions. Claims approval and year-end claims approval. Motion to sign Findings and Decision for Planning & Zoning File #23-0113, Poulton Family Trust, Poulton Pines Subdivision, Long Plat-Urban Subdivision. Motion to sign Findings and Decision for Planning & Zoning File #23-0150, Kalahan and Christopher Copley and Poulton Family Trust, Amended Lot 13A of Amended Plat of Lots 4 & 13 North Ridge Estates 1st Addition, Short Plat, Lot Line Adjustment. 10:00 a.m.: Commissioners’ public hearing to consider a request for a road name change from Vaquero Road to Fern Meadow Road. ACTION ITEM.

11:30 a.m., Restorium Administrator Karlene Magee – Restorium update.
1:30 p.m.; Road and Bridge Department report.
2:00 p.m.: Search and Rescue members –Discuss needs for the Waterways/Search and Rescue building. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM.
2:30 p.m.: Solid Waste Department Superintendent Claine Skeen – Discuss permitting regarding air curtain incinerators and permitting updates. General Solid Waste Department updates.
