9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Motion to sign Agreement for Medical Examiners Services with Spokane County. Discussion/motion regarding ARPA, ARPA projects and possible motion to adopt ARPA resolutions. Motion to rescind Resolution 2023-64. Motion to adopt resolution regarding increased Planning and Zoning Application fees. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Chief Probation Officer R.J. Webber – Discuss general Probation Office matters. Possible executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student.
10:30 a.m.: Boundary County Youth Crisis & Domestic Violence Hotline Director Becky James – Update on Boundary County Victims Services Program. Motion to sign In-Kind Agreement letter for year 2023-2024. ACTION ITEM.
1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report.
2:00 p.m.: Solid Waste Department Superintendent Claine Skeen – Update on 10-yard compacting dumpsters and permitting process for air curtain incinerator.

9:00 a.m.: Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student.
11:00 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department Co-Superintendent Renee Nelson - Discussion/motion to sign the Concept Report for the School House Road Improvement Project. ACTION ITEM.
