9:00 a.m.: Personnel Director Pam Barton – Discussion/motion regarding rate information pertaining to contribution to the sick leave bank. ACTION ITEM.
9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to ratify signing Independent Contractor Agreements with Hill Excavating and Northwoods Forestry LLC for brushing and tree removal on Falls Creek Road #291 & #294. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Motion to sign the permit application with Maul Foster for an air curtain incinerator. Motion to approve purchase of air curtain incinerator. Discussion/motion regarding ARPA, ARPA projects and possible motion to adopt ARPA resolutions. Motion to adopt resolutions authorizing the disposition of records of the Boundary County Assessor’s Office and the Boundary County Assessor’s Motor Vehicle Licensing Office. Motion to sign the Findings & Decision for Planning and Zoning File #23-0168, a replat of Lot 5 of Kent’s Acres and unplatted lands short plat – lot line adjustment filed by Kimberly & Michael Parker. 11:00 a.m.: Assistant Landfill Superintendent Richard Jenkins – General landfill update. Continued discussion/possible motion regarding permitting for air curtain incinerator. Motion to go into executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student. ACTION ITEM.
1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report.
2:00 p.m.: Bid opening for Boundary County fairgrounds new tennis/pickleball courts. ACTION ITEM.
2:30 p.m.: Boundary County Emergency Manager Andrew O’Neel – Emergency Management Department update. Discussion/motion to sign grant documents and “thank you” note to Bonner County. ACTION ITEMS.
3:00 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department Co-Superintendent Renee Nelson, Road Foreman Brad Barton, Office Assistant Shelby Hooper - Discuss information learned at the Idaho Association of Highway District and Engineers transportation convention classes.

9:00 a.m., Elena Quinn – Discuss holding a townhall meeting with Commissioners.
9:30 a.m.: Restorium update. Possible executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-2026(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student.
10:00 a.m.: Airport Manager Dave Parker – Discussion/possible motion regarding hangar lease rates, discuss hangars and general airport matters. ACTION ITEMS.
10:30 a.m.: Motion to go into executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)a, to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need. ACTION ITEM.
11:00 a.m.: Bid decision for new tennis/pickleball courts. ACTION ITEM.
