9:00 a.m.: Solid Waste Department Superintendent Richard Jenkins – Discussion regarding Department of Environmental Quality’s (DEQ) review of the Solid Waste Department’s Year 2020 Operating Plan.
9:45 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.: Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Motion to adopt resolution establishing polling precincts. Discussion/motion regarding ARPA, ARPA projects and possible motion to adopt ARPA resolutions. Motion to sign Request for Reimbursement for Airport Aid Grant #F24865S to the State of Idaho Department, Division of Aeronautics and Airport Improvement Project Sponsor Invoice Summary. Discussion/motion regarding a letter of support for SPOT Bus’s efforts in securing grant funds or various projects. Claims approval. ACTION ITEMS.
10:30 a.m.: Discussion/motion to award contract to Air Burner, Inc., under condition of permitting for an air burner for the Solid Waste Department. ACTION ITEM.
11:00 a.m.: Sheriff Dave Kramer and Undersheriff Rich Stephens - Motion to go into executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)a, to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need.
1:30 p.m.: Mike Elam with Selkirk Mountain Technologies – Discuss camera system/quote for the County Annex. ACTION ITEM.
2:30 p.m.: Prosecutor Andrakay Pluid - Discussion/motion regarding advertising for vacant Deputy Prosecuting Attorney/Civil Attorney position. ACTION ITEM.

11:30 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department Report. Discussion/motion to sign Temporary Occupancy Permit with Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad and associated documents for repairs to Wilderness Bridge. Motion regarding permit fee for repairs to Wilderness Bridge. ACTION ITEM.
1:30 p.m., Commissioners’ public hearing at the County Annex to consider Planning and Zoning File #24-0026 for a lot line adjustment via short plat for applicants Don & Debbie Bartling Rev. Inter Vivos Trust and Steven Mahony & Jennifer Sheridan. ACTION ITEM.
1:45 p.m., Commissioners’ public hearing at the County Annex to consider Planning and Zoning File #24-0030 for a lot line adjustment via short plat for applicants Paul & Kaitlyn Mast, Rock Solid Contractors, and Mark & Ina Hostetler. ACTION ITEM.
