9:00 a.m.: Treasurer Jenny Economu – Quarterly update on county accounts. ACTION ITEM.
9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign Lease Amendment #4 with the Idaho Department of Corrections for Annex office space used by State Probation Officer. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Discussion/motion regarding ARPA, ARPA projects and possible motion to adopt ARPA resolutions. Motion to reappoint Waterways Board members. Motion to approve Findings and Decisions for Planning and Zoning File #24-0026, Bartling/Sheridan short plat, File #24-0030 for Mast, Rock Solid Contractors and Mark & Ina Hostetler short plat, and File #24-0031 for Hostetler, Rock Solid Contractors Representatives and Byler Building Systems, LLC., short plat. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Boundary County Ambulance Service District Governing Board meeting. Discuss request for funding assistance for ambulance unit. ACTION ITEMS.
10:30 a.m.: Executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public-school student. ACTION ITEM.
11:00 a.m. Boundary Soil Conservation District – Discuss request for potential boat station. ACTION ITEM.
11:30 a.m.: Motion to go into executive session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)a, to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular vacancy or need; and Idaho Code 74-206(1)b, to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student. 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report and Title VI updates. Discussion/possible motion regarding grant applications for Naples Bridge and vicinity planning projects. Discussion/possible motion for support letter requests to legislature. ACTION ITEMS.

9:00 a.m.: Elected officials/department heads meeting.
9:20 a.m.: Road and Bridge Department Co-Superintendents Renee Nelson and Randy Morris - Discussion/motion to sign the Local Highway Technical Assistance Council (LHTAC) Local Agreement Leading Idaho Bridge Program for Bridge KN 30300. Discussion/possible motion to accept quote from Contract Land Staff for scope and fee of right-of-way acquisitions negotiation services for Key Numbers 21982 and 23910. ACTION ITEM.
