9:00 a.m.: Commissioners to discuss landfill proposed hours/days of operation. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM.
9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: County Civil Attorney Tevis Hull – Update on various matters. Motion to sign Certificates of Residency. Motion to sign Commissioner meeting minutes. Cancel/extend various taxes. Motion to sign New Private Road Name Request Forms. Discussion/motion regarding ARPA, ARPA projects and possible motion to adopt ARPA resolutions. Motion to renew the Boundary County, Idaho Ambulance Service Agreement. Motion to sign engagement letter with Hoover, CPA for fiscal year 2023 county audit. Discussion/motion to renew Service Agreement with Bonner County to provide indigent public defense services. Motion to sign the Notice of Award and Construction Agreement for the Boundary County Airport Slope Stabilization Project. ACTION ITEMS.
10:00 a.m.: Austin Terrell with the Office of Species Conservation - Motion to sign the Cooperative Agreement/Memorandum of Understanding with the Idaho Office of Species Conservation and the Idaho Department of Fish and Game pertaining to the livestock carcass removal program. ACTION ITEM.
11:00 a.m.: Steve Harris - Discuss statutory nuisance compliance.
11:30 p.m.: Hoyt Patton – Discuss a highway access issue.
1:30 p.m.: Road and Bridge Department report. Motion to sign the Idaho Strategic Initiative Grant Application. ACTION ITEMS.
2:00 p.m.: Emergency Manager Andrew O’Neel – Discussion/motion regarding proposed 2023 State Homeland Security Program (HSHP) projects. ACTION ITEM.

Tuesday, August 29, 2023 (Today’s morning meetings to be held at Commissioners’ Office located within the Boundary County Courthouse. Afternoon meetings to be held at the County Annex)

10:00 a.m.: Sheriff Dave Kramer and Ken Gallagos and Ben Bernier with Lombard/Conrad Architects – Discussion/review concept plan for the Boundary County Jail. POSSIBLE ACTION ITEM.
1:30 p.m.: Commissioners’ public hearing at the Annex to consider Planning and Zoning Application #23-0112, Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment and Zone change for applicants Linda and Harold Holloway. ACTION ITEM.
2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.: Commissioners’ public hearing at the Annex to consider Planning and Zoning Application #23-0059, text amendment for Boundary County. ACTION ITEM.
3:00 p.m.: Commissioners and Planning & Zoning Administrator Clare Marley and Planner Tessa Vogel – Discussion/motion regarding flood damage prevention codes and FEMA Community Assistance report. Updates to Boundary County land use codes. Review Planning and Zoning application fees. ACTION ITEMS.

Thursday, August 31, 2023 (Today’s hearing to be held at the County Annex)

1:00 p.m.: Special meeting to hold a public hearing at the County Annex to consider establishing Assessor’s Office vehicle title administration fee and Restorium room/board fee increase. Motion to adopt Resolutions regarding fee increases. ACTION ITEMS.
